GRAŢIE PE ARIPILE DANSULUI

Marţi, 1 iunie a.c., de Ziua Internaţională a Copilului, Liceul de Coregrafie Floria Capsali prezintă pe scena Operei Naţionale Bucureşti, cu începere de la ora 18:30, spectacolul „Graţie pe aripile dansului”, în coregrafia prof. Rose-Marie Bot Stocec. Interpretează cei mai talentaţi elevi ai Liceului de Coregrafie "Floria Capsali" din Bucureşti, laureaţi ai Concursului Naţional de Interpretare Coregrafică şi ai altor numeroase concursuri internaţionale de balet: Catania (Italia), New York (SUA), Porec (Croaţia).
Programul va cuprinde variaţii din baletele clasice "Frumoasa din pădurea adormită", "Paquita", "Baiadera", "Giselle", "Don Quijote", Pas de deux din "Corsarul", "Giselle", "Flăcările Parisului", precum şi momente de dans contemporan.

Elevii au fost pregătiţi de către reputaţi profesori de dans clasic, recunoscuţi în arta coregrafică românească: prof. dr. Anca Gabriela Mândrescu, prof. Diana Claudia Mateescu, prof. Ana Caraianopol, prof. asociat Constantin Marinescu, prof. asociat Marialis Karda, precum şi de către profesori de dans contemporan: prof. coregraf Adina Cezar, prof. Doina Georgescu. Preţul biletelor este de spectacol normal.

Opera Națională București (ONB) oferă o surpriză pentru micii spectatori, în avanpremiera Zilei Internaționale a Copilului. Sâmbătă, 29 mai, ora 11.00, un spectacol extraordinar de balet pentru copii, Magazinul de papuși, îi va avea ca protagoniști pe cursanții Studio M Ballet, condus de Magdalena Rovinescu. Ca în fiecare an, la finalul anului școlar, aceștia vor prezenta fragmente din cele mai cunoscute titluri ale repertoriului de balet: Coppelia, Spărgătorul de nuci, Frumoasa din pădurea adormită, Don Quijote, Lacul lebedelor, Esmeralda, precum și numere de dans modern. În spectacol vor dansa și copiii care au câștigat recent Premiul I la Concursul Internațional de Dans de la San Marino (Italia), DANZAEUROPA 2010. În cadrul aceleași competiții a mai fost câștigat și Premiul de Popularitate, iar profesoara Magdalena Rovinescu a primit Premiul Special al Juriului.

Invitații speciali ai spectacolului din 29 mai sunt Isabelle Facile (Italia), Michiele Fabrio (Italia) și Laura Blică Toader și Vlad Toader, soliști ai companiei de balet ONB.

Coregrafia si costumele sunt realizate de Magdalena Rovinescu, care este și producătorul evenimentului. Asistent – Adrian Caracaș.

in JUNE 2010

In June, the National opera House in Bucharest will present its audience a great number of opera and ballet performances, as well as a premiere with special guests.

The series of events will start on Thursday, 3rd of June iunie, at 6:30, with one of the most popular operas – Il Barbiere di Siviglia by Gioacchino Rossini. The guests will be the worldwide known Marian Pop (Figaro) and tenor Darius Coltan (Almaviva). Beside the two soloists, NOB artists will perform under the baton of conductor Ciprian Teodoraşcu: Mihaela Ispan, Stefan Schuller, Pompeiu Harasteanu, Ruxandra Ispas, Vasile Chisiu and Ionut Gavrila, as well as the theatre orchestra and choir trained by Stelian Olariu.
On Friday, 4th of June, the performance Nabucco by Giuseppe Verdi will have as guest bass Sorin Draniceanu in the role Zaccaria. The cast also includes Eugen Secobeanu, Mariana Colpos, Mihai Lazar, Oana Andra, Marius Bolos, Valentin Racoveanu, Crina Zancu. The NOB orchestra, its choir trained by Stelian Olariu and ballet ensemble will also participate in the performance. Conductor: Iurie Florea.
On Saturday, 5th of June, Bianca Fota, a leading soloist with NOB ballet ensemble, will make her debut in the role Nikia in Baiadera by Ludwig Minkus. The choreography of Marius Petipa was adapted by Mihai Babuska, while the scenography is signed Adriana Urmuzescu. The performance will take place under the baton of conductor Iurie Florea.
On Sunday, 6th of June, NOB presents, under the baton of conductor Cornel Trailescu, one of the most popular operas in the world, Madama Butterfly by Giacomo Puccini. Soprano Ruxandra Urdareanu, well-known to the Bucharest audience, is invited to perform the title role. Other artists will sing beside her: Sidonia Nica, Hector Lopez, Vicentiu Taranu, Lucian Corchis, Daniel Filipescu, Mihai Lamatic, Gabriela Dragusin, Vasile Chisiu, Mihai Iacob, as well as the NOB orchestra and choir trained by Stelian Olariu.
The performance La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi, scheduled for Friday, 11th of June, benefits from the presence of the American conductor Paul Mauffray, a laureate of the International Festival and Competition for Opera Conductors Béla Bartók (2007). Following his awarding the Second Prize, the Bucharest theater invited him to conduct this performance. The cast also includes Mariana Colpos, Marius Manea, Vicentiu Taranu, Sidonia Nica, Cristina Eremia, Liviu Indricau, Paul Basacopol, Vasile Chisiu, Stefan Schuller, Constantin Negru, Alin Manzat. The NOB orchestra, ballet ensemble and choir, trained by Stelian Olariu, will also contribute to the performance.

Cristian Mogosan is another outstanding guest invited to perform in June, on the Bucharest stage, in the role Erik in Der Fliegende Hollander (The Flying Dutchman) by Richard Wagner; he will sing beside soloists Stefan Ignat, Horia Sandu, Madeleine Pascu, Gabriela Dragusin, Liviu Indricau, the NOB orchestra and choir trained by Stelian Olariu. The stage direction, stage movement, lighting design are signed by Beatrice Rancea; the decors were designed by Andelmut Stürmer, while the costumes were created by Irina Schrotter. On Saturday, 12th of June, the performance will take place under the baton of conductor Cristian Mandeal.

The performance of Mozart’s popular opera Cosi fan tutte will take place on Wednesday, 16th of June. Guests: soprano Iulia Isaev (Fiordiligi) and, for the first time on the Bucharest stage, tenor Martin Mitterrutzner (Ferrando). The cast also Maria Jinga, Daniel Filipescu, Dorina Chesei, Florin Simionca. The NOB orchestra, ballet ensemble and choir, trained by Stelian Olariu, will also contribute to the performance. Conductor: Tiberiu Soare.
On Friday, 18th of June, the performance Rigoletto by Giuseppe Verdi will benefit from the presence of guests Robert Nagy in the Duke’s role, and conductor Marco Bons, for the first time on the Bucharest stage. He was invited to conduct this performance following his winning, in 2009, the International Competition for Conductors at Burgas (Bulgaria). The p[erformance will benefit from the participation of soloists Eugen Secobeanu, Mihaela Stanciu, Pompeiu Harasteanu, Ecaterina Tutu, Mihnea Lamatic, Ion Dimieru, Adriana Alexandru, Valentin Racoveanu, Stefan Schuller, Cristina Eremia, Adrian Ionescu, Ruxandra Ispas, the NOB orchestra, ballet ensemble and choir, trained by Stelian Olariu.
This month’s surprise is the premiere of the opera Turandot by Giacomo Puccini, in a concert-performance version. The direction is signed by Stefan Neagrau, while the scenography belongs to Viorica Petrovici. The casts of the two performances (on the 26th and 27th of June) will include sopranos Silvia Sorina Munteanu and Mariana Zvetkova (in the title role) and tenors Efe Kislali and Kiss B. Atilia (Calaf). The NOB orchestra, the choir trained by Stelian Olariu and the children’s choir trained by Vasile Corjos will contribute to the performance. Conductor: Tiberiu Soare.

A Free Access Performance on Children’s Day

On the occasion of the International Children’s day, the National Opera House in Bucharest opens its gates to welcome its audience, both young and old, into the magical world of the ballet “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”. The Ballet and Opera Experimental Studio “Ludovic Spiess” within NOB will present on the NOB grand stage an adaptation of the famous play “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” by William Shakespeare, in Maria Popa’s choreography. The young artists will present, by means of dance, on the music of Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, the exciting, full of magic adventures of several love couples, who undoubtedly will enchant the audience of all ages.

The first national lyrical stage is looking forward to welcoming its young audience on Tuesday, the 1st of June, at 11:00 a.m., to this special event which will only costs a child’s smile.

ONB în parteneriat cu Ambasada Republicii Argentina
în anul Bicentenarului Argentinei

Marți, 25 mai a.c., la Opera Națională București va avea loc evenimentul cultural TANGO DEL BICENTENARIO, realizat în parteneriat cu Ambasada Republicii Argentina și dedicat Zilei Naționale a Argentinei. Această celebrare este specială pentru că în 2010 se împlinesc 200 de ani de când s-a constituit primul guvern naţional argentinian, pe 25 mai 1810.

Studioul Experimental de Operă şi Balet „Ludovic Spiess” (SEOB) din cadrul Operei Naţionale Bucureşti (ONB) va prezenta în foyerul galben, începând cu ora 18:30 spectacolul „TANGO EMOCIÓN”, prin care mezzosoprana Oana Andra, baritonul Andras Chiriliuc şi pianista Mihaela Vâlcea vor conduce invitații într-o incursiune pasională în lumea tango-ului. Regia şi coregrafia sunt semnate de Valentin Roşca. Programul spectacolului, care a avut premiera în luna februarie a acestui an, cuprinde melodii de Carlos Gardel, Marcel Lattes, Astor Piazzola, Ángel Villoldo, Juan Carlos Cobian, Marianito Mores, C. A. Bixio, Edgardo Donato, Gerardo Matos Rodríguez, Juan de Dios Filiberto, Julio César Sanders, pe versuri de Eladia Blázquez, Carlos César Lenzi, César Vedani, Horacio Ferrer, Vicente Seguí, Alfredo Le Pera, Mario Battistella, Enrique Santos Discepolo, Andrés Calamaro, Javier Calamaro, Carlos Gardel.

După spectacol, Analia Selis (voce), Răzvan Suma (violoncel) și Julio Santillán (chitară) vor interpreta teme muzicale argentiniene. Seara se va încheia cu o demonstraţie de dans a şcolilor de tango din România: AyA Tango, Barrio de Tango, Fábrica de Tango, Lucian y Monica, Mandala Tango, Tango Brujo, Tango Nada Más, Tango Tangent, demonstrație care va avea loc în foyerul ONB, pe muzică interpretată de Alexandru Nuca (chitară, voce).

De asemenea, invitații vor putea admira o expoziție de fotografii reprezentative din Argentina.
